1. Information we collect

Payments: Paddle processes payment, email, and billing data. We may receive Paddle transaction IDs and customer email from webhooks. License: we validate license keys you enter — we do not collect website credentials. Extension: presets, theme, and shortcut settings are stored in chrome.storage.local only. Captures are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.

2. Purposes

Pro license delivery, key issuance and abuse prevention, payment verification, customer support, legal compliance.

3. Retention

Transaction ID and key mappings are stored in PromptShot's license txt files (data/). Email delivery logs may remain with Resend.

4. Third parties

Payments: Paddle. License storage: Vercel API + txt files. Email: Resend. Hosting: Vercel. Their policies apply.

5. Your rights

Access, deletion, or correction requests: rivolt2022@gmail.com. Paddle payment data is handled under Paddle's policies.

6. Chrome extension · Limited Use

PromptShot complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. Data is used only for capture, settings, and license verification — not for ads, data sales, or credit scoring.
